WebBallys is just a concrete hole in the ground, and Flamingo is a series of 'tropical' pools, slides and waterfalls. re: crowds, Flamingo is crazy, hard to find a seat, lots of kids and 'enhanced' women. & Ballys is pretty much all adults, sorta boring crowd. WebFlamingo is center strip, not great options to eat, but a door to the Linq promenade for food, bar/grills and high roller. Bally's pool is not that lively. Is connected to Paris with nightlife. WebFlamingo has the nicest pool out of the 3 but it gets loud and crowded since the timeshare hotel also can access it, Bally's is pretty quiet but decent with the deep end, personally I haven't been to Harrah's but I haven't heard much positives about it. It's not Cosmopolitan or Venetian, but it's good for the money. Both have great locations, but Bally's has access to the tram on-site, if you plan to use that.
