It's only when the steering wheel crosses over from right to left and vice versa. It will not repeat in same direction...only on crossover. It happens anywhere in the steering range e.g. center, partial, or full turn and … WebSep 20, 2013 · Nah man, it's definitely not the steering rack! It gives no pull left or right under acceleration or braking, it doesn't give the typical "squeak" that comes with faulty racks. I'm almost sure it's either desperately in need of wheel alignment, geometry setting or plain old simple track rod ends!
